Ladd Hudson’s experience as an architect involved in the design of equestrian buildings over many years has led to the understanding that it is possible to improve the well being and performance of the horse by designing an overall environment to enable the horse to achieve its full potential and to eliminate conditions which have negative effect on the horse.
This stallion precinct provided a natural core area to provide best practice stud farm planning with care and attention to building mass, bulk, scale and the curtilage of open breathing space, being major factors contributing to the architectural ambience.

Plans to build a world class horse racing and equestrian track and activity centre with the vision to build China’s first equestrian athletics team and to further develop the future of sports entertainment leisure, tourism leisure, hotel, shopping centres and residential.
Planning included equestrian sports area, race course, race horse training area, cultural expo, leisure recreation zones and regional transport integration.
