Rural Land Management

Our close affinity with the land has resulted in our ability to deliver expert advice on agronomy and pasture management. Specifically we analyse the natural resources of the property including drainage patterns, soil types, vegetation and climate. We carry out a thorough landscape and land unit analysis before developing a landscape master plan for the concept and theme for the new landscape
Our specialised knowledge takes into account climate and property orientation including prevailing winds, dominant landforms, mean monthly rainfall, average monthly temperatures and land unit aspects. We examine the soil chemistry including soil types, river flats, ridges, agricultural productivity, soil amelioration and recommend pasture improvement programs.
Our expertise extends to hydrology, erosion and sediment control. We can implement irrigation programs including the design and construction of wind harvesting, pumping stations, advice on water table control, erosion control and the size of dams.
