The primary objective was to produce a design with special landscape character to identify it ahead of recent and future developments in the region. Specific landscape areas relate to the model activities of:
Revitalised club entry planting designed with major water features and native specimen signature trees as the focus to main entry.
Hotel core precinct reflects the high quality of the five star hotel with special attention to integrated pool landscaping.
Interface buffer zone planting, overland flood flow paths determined and landscaped into the total site landscape. Native planting to creek edges used as broad landscape elements to complement the architecture.
Environmental Implementation relating to noxious weed management and on site water detention accommodated within the newly created sporting oval. All irrigation provided by onsite by waste treatment technology.
