Woodlands Homestead – Jerry’s Plains - circa 1830

Restoration to administration building of a Georgian vernacular sandstone homestead at ‘Woodlands’ formally known as ‘Wollen’.

Woodlands stud is of state significance historically as a thoroughbred horse breeding property and the fact that the 1830’s dwelling sits in outstanding condition indicating the earliest phase of the Hunter region development.
